Dear officer, Hi, I'm writing from Izmir, TURKEY. Last week i tried to buy “NEW” COROLLA car from "Toyota Plaza TOKULLAR which is authorized dealer of TOYOTA in Gaziemir/IZMIR/TURKEY.
I paid all the cost of car on 25 October 2017 and i tried to enter the car in TOKULLAR showroom as same as i wanted to buy. But the car's doors were locked. Employees said to me that "THE CAR's BATTERY has been used up!!! and they would charge the battery again soon.
After this situation i left from TOKULLAR. On 28 October 2017 at 10.30 Turkey Local Time (as we talked with sale officer), I went to take my “NEW” car, but the “SALES MANAGER” tried to sell me “DISPLAY PRODUCT CAR” without any warning or informing which has been shown, tried by numerous people in TOKULLAR SHOWROOM and with a charged battery (even i witness battery's charge 1 time, i couldn't know how many times this happened. ) This car was dirty, score, with FINISHED and CHANGED battery. I wanted to buy first hand car but more people get on this car which “SALES MANAGER” trying to sell me than second hand car “FOR TESTING” that car.
I told him i didn’t want display product car. But he forced me buying that car. He was very rude to me. He said that “i worked for 12 years for TOKULLAR TOYOTA and we were doing this ALL THE TIME”.
I can’t believe how can happened this at TOYOTA. l feel so disappointed. And İ said that SALES MANAGER “I gave you about 70.000 Turkish Liras for first hand car and I dont want to buy display product.” He said to me “you have to take delivery of this car, if you don't take this car from galeria now you can't take your money back and also you have to pay parking payment for each day, we don't have any responsibilty to tell you selling DISPLAY PRODUCT CAR, If you asked that, we would say, but you didnt told us not to wanted to buy DISPLAY PRODUCT CAR .”. I couldn't believe my ear.
CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT I NEEDED TO ASK TO THEM DONT SELL ME DISPLAY PRODUCT CAR!! I tried to solve my problem with TOYOTA/TURKEY;i called and they said to me that send e-mail, after that i sent e-mail on 29 October and talked with live support on web site.
But they didn’t get back to me until this time. I realy know that TOYOTA is NOT such a company and you are not aware that these kinds of events are happening, especially with this SALES MANAGER.
