Toyota has become just another large arrogant company who employs service agents who care little about customer satisfaction. They don't follow through with emails or phone calls in a timely manner nor do they aspire to improve.

I regret buying my $42K Tacoma due to Entune problems I have experienced since day one. Toyota has no interest in solving the problem in my opinion. They continue to string me along in hopes I will go away. Lemon Law lawyers seem to be the only resource to gain Toyota's attention.

Be sure that the dealership documents every visit you make because I have found they don't which will impact your case going forward. My advice in building a Lemon Law Case is to call the national service center daily and document your visits to the dealership with names, dates and the nature on the visit.
