Disappointed in your commercial

The commercial where you have people having sex in the backseat of your vehicle while driving through a car wash. Even the woman in your commercial looks disgusted. You have gone from squeaky clean saleswoman to people not caring about anyone else but their own satisfaction of having sex in a car While others are watching. That is how low you and your company has become. Morals of the old days when Toyota used to make really decent commercials to sell their cars. Are gone. I will never again consider buying a Toyota

Ads not needed from paying customer

We paid a good amount of money for our hybrid. Now, you have the nerve to include adds in place of radio plugs. You need more cash from ads ?? What is the story here? As I just told you, our new hybrid was a good amount and I do not need to be pestered with these ads. The other day was one for a lawyer !! eileenh8702@***.com

What APP on the radio are you in when you get the ads? If you are in Spotify, or other 3rd party Apps you normally have to pay a monthly fee to go ad free.

Try to talk with a live person

Was told the wait time was 4 minutes. It has now been 40 and no end in sight. I am soooooo angry. They did not release the lein 11 years ago when it was paid off. Now I sit on indefinite hold waiting for them to do what they should have done 11 years ago. I would have thought Lexus would provide better customer service than this.

Customer Service has no answers - No Check received

Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Settlement paid out a 21 million dollar settlement in Feb. to all that qualify for discrimination. I qualify, but have not received anything, no calls about status update, NOTHING. I have been the one calling them and have gotten the run around each time. It's sad that websites look legitimate like they are there to help, but when you actually need help and assistance, there are many lies told and they NEVER contact you. If anyone at TOYOTA is reading this, this company (not sure if it's a company) is NOT paying out the money you paid out. I am hoping they are exposed!

Toyota is reporting that my client was late payment with his last payment made before turning in the car. Customer service is telling me it's inaccurate and I know he's made all payments on time! The only way to get it corrected is to mail a letter to a POB - snail mail!?!? I can't believe that a big company like Toyota shouldn't be able to fax me a letter confirming I wasn't late! faye@***.com

2019 Toyota Highlanders are having a lot of transmission issues. Nothing is being done about the issue. Dealers pretty much say it is an outside influence. Seeing a lot of transmissions issues. Mainly SUV's and trucks.

Broken glass on Navigation system 2018 Rav 4

Noted glass was fractured on Navigation system below plastic surface covering it. I had not touched screen. Toyota says no one else has reported this. I've had car 9 months with 5000 miles on it and leased. I need to pay for replacement part & installation.

Crooked dealer and bullying customer service

Why discussing features that were a must have on my vechile I talked with the salesmen about remote start and it begin a priority. During all the time we looked at trucks he never once let me hold the keys including the one I purchased he kept starting them for me. Once I realized the issue that evening I called the next day to resolve the issue and they continued to tell me they would get back with me and kept passing me around from person to person finally I contacted Toyota and after month of fighting with them they refuse to do anything with me unless it’s via telephone I explained several times that due to the anxiety the issue this truck has caused I can’t discuss it I want it in writtig and they continue to ignore that it could set off and anxiety attack nor do they care

My Truestart Battery *** out a week ago. It was an 84 month warranty. The dealer was *** bent on getting money out of me The *** did. He claimed it was guaranteed for 3 / 36. The car was 3 years and 2 months . I had a discount coupon for " battery Check ". He countered with a 69.95 " Diagnostic check ." I squealed like a stuck pig. Finally after 5 hours sitting , he billed me 750 .00 for a new battery and alternator. I walked out the door paying 250 .00 because I had an extended warranty. Happy Customer ? *** No !!!!

2007 RAV4 Limited valve clatter

Poor design allows the oil to drain out of the overhead cam system and then the car sounds like a 1960 Ford upon startup. This Certified used car was supposedly repaired by the dealer yet the problem sporadically continued over the next year. After a lot of dialogue, I found they only did half the engine! Took it back three times over the next 2 years for the same clatter and each time they claimed they couldn't replicate the issue. Calls to Toyota of America have left me completely disillusioned. They refused to consider all the dealer visits shortly after the initial repair. My only option is to sue? They should have recalled these vehicles for this issue.

Regular oil change of the car

I call to make appointment but before I said what is going to be the service they tell me I need to leave the car for the night

they always book because I call a Monday to make the appointment for Friday still book

I took my car for oil change 09/08/18 make the appointment on Friday but it was a mistake I was there at 8:45 am in the dealer they open 8:00am in the guy said they get 25 car btw 8:00 am to 8:45 am that if I'm going to wait fo the car it will take more that 3hrs to be ready

is not the first time this happen before I bring the car for repairs just in material cost 300 dollars but to change the material it took more that 6 hrs because was 900 only for labor the parts suppose to be new how long it take to exchange parts in this place more then 7 hrs

from the moment I start to complain to dealer my bills start getting bigger and bigger more in labor that the new parts I buy in the place it take more time to increase the amount of labor they charge

this last time Mr Lenny Mirkin told me next time I bring my car for maintenance it will take 80 hrs to be fix

what I think this dealer it just said that it take more time that usual to charge for 120 dollars for labor

just now like a miracle my car was finish Lenny Mirkin get the car all the costumer that it was waiting with me for the car was really upset no one can do anything to resolve the situation because I call Toyota corporate they said they CANT DO ANYTHING on the bill the put what time the promised to give you the car that is different for what time they tell you, the don't write what time they get the car how they calculate how long they work in the car , they guessing the amount of time charge for labor

Tundra 2010 4.6

Toyota has been my favorite brand for many years until I bought the 2010 Tundra. Nothing but problems and Toyota design flaws with the 2nd air injection system and the evaporating system. Totally bad designs and Toyota does not stand behind their bad design. They "respectfully decline" to offer any finanical help. $1,500 to replace the redesigned evaporating system. Totally disappointed and will now start shopping the other brands.

Toyota Rav leaking rainwater in passenger seat

We have a 2011 Toyota Rav4 and the passanger's floor is wet from the rain and it's dripping straight down underneath the dash, from the left of the glovebox. I went on line and discovered just about everyone who has this model of car has the same problem. There has been no recall from Toyota, and they will not fix it for free. It's a minimum of over $100 in a lot of cases. Some owners calim the overflow tube was clogged by spider webs. Whatever the reason Toyota should fix it or compensate you something to get it fixed.

Camry excessive oil consumption.

I've had my 2008 Camry Se tested twice by Toyota for excessive oil consumption, each time I was informed that the oil loss was at an acceptable levels. Today I saw a video showing that this issue was well known by Toyota for a considerable amount of years, this video showed a 2007 Camry owner explaining the exact problems I’ve been having for many years. I'm extremely upset after viewing the video, further research unfolded a consortium of Camry owners experiencing similar problems with these vehicles. No one likes to be misled and this is clearly a case of misleading the consumer. I've been adding oil to this vehicle twice a week. I need this resolved and now. Toyota has my name and complaint on file.
